How do I download prompts?
Once you have an active subscription, you can download individual prompts as JSON files from each prompt detail page. Pro users can also bulk download all prompts from the download center.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes! We offer custom enterprise solutions with bulk licensing, dedicated support, and API access. Contact us at support@promptpackhq.com for pricing.
How often are new prompts added?
We add new prompts regularly, typically 5-10 new prompts each month. Pro subscribers get early access to new content.
What AI tools work with these prompts?
Our prompts are designed to work with any AI tool that accepts text prompts, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and specialized AI tools in the AEC industry.
Is there an API available?
